Announcing New Safety Protocols for the 2025 Clark County Fair
~all persons using/purchasing an $8 admission ticket will enter the General Parking Lot at Gate A (next to the shelly gravel pit) on RT41 . When they leave they will exit via the gravel roadway thru the Lake Property and then onto Laybourne Rd
~all ticket holders will enter thru the Reiter Dairy Welcome Center at the walkin gate just after the 2 ticket barns where tickets can be purchased ( the welcome center will house the metal detectors that Deputies will use)
~Please leave all metal objects in your car so as not to slow entrance process down
~ALL Agricultural pass & Vendor pass holders may use the PASS gate on rt41 or Laybourn road . No tickets will be sold at PASS Only Gates. Please have your PASS out as ALL vehicles will be stopped and turned away if no pass .
TRACK EVENTS
~if you are attending a track event and plan to use the grandstand- no changes. Purchase entry of $8 at entrance to grandstands
~if you are purchasing any wall spots for any track events (other than scramble or demo derby) they will all go on sale at the fair office on July 18 @ 12 noon .
~wristbands for track events can be purchased at the fair office before the event or at the new ‘COW PIT” gate near the welcome center during the event. ( COW PIT is easily seen – look for the Rosie /Rascal cartoon cows on trailer at ‘COW PIT” gate . ALL people that are not a driver/participant must enter at the “COW PIT” gate . No one will be permitted to enter the NEW “ PIT PARTICIPANT” gate except the driver/participant or event worker staff . Your wall spot hanger and wristband will get the vehicle and the driver only into the infield (all events except scramble or demolition derby)
~the walk in gate at the fire barn is closed to all traffic and is for EMERGENCY personnel / first responders only
~Friday July 25 scrambles will use the fire barn gate only at the appropriate entry time and exit the same fire barn gate when the event is over. All other protocols for scramble remain the same ~All public ticket sales will STOP @ 6:01 pm on the final Friday ( July 25 )even though the fair will close at 10 pm.
2025 Fair Tickets & Pricing
Membership Ticket: $30
(Qualifies for pass lot parking)
(*Good for re-admission daily) Includes: Daily Admission to the fair, Exhibitor Privileges, and voting privileges for the annual election of directors to be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025 on the Fairgrounds. Tickets can be purchased only by Clark County residents of voting age.
Privilege Ticket: $30
(Qualifies for pass lot parking)
(*Good for re-admission daily) Includes: Daily Admission to the fair, Exhibitor Privileges. For those under 18 years of age, or non-county resident or individual that does not want voting privileges.
JUNIOR FAIR, 4-H, FFA, SCOUTS, ETC. (Wristbands): $10
(*Good for re-admission daily) Includes: Daily admission to the fair. Must have authorization of advisor or leader. Does NOT include any rides.One Day Pass: $10
One day pass valid for one admission to any one day of the fair through any pass gate.
Junior Fair, 4-H, FFA, Scouts, etc.: $10
Ride Pass – a discounted one (1) day pass for rides. (which may be redeemed for a ride band or 30 individual ride tickets for 1 day only) Must have authorization of advisor or leader.
General Admission: $8
Children 5 years & under are free. Beginning Friday, July 18, 2025 at noon. PARKING IS FREE!

7pm every 4th Wednesday (May board meeting rescheduled to Thursday, May 29th, 2025)
Public Records:
Records are retained at the Fair office for up to 7 years.
Records are available for Inspection during posted office hours. Copies may be purchased for $2.00 per page.
The annual financial report of the Clark County Agricultural Society for 2024 has been filed in accordance with division(B) of this ORC 1711.05. Any person who wishes to receive a copy of the report may contact the Treasurer, Jamie Gothard at jamiegothard@gmail.com.
